ONE DAY ASSESSMENT |
| WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE COURSE: |
Anyone who has already completed the BCU 2 star award. Please note that the new BCU 3 star award is a requirement for attending a course for the qualification of Level 2 coach. |
| THE AIM OF THE COURSE: |
Successful performance at this level indicates that candidates can consider themselves as intermediate paddlers rather than beginners. The new BCU 3 star is run on grade 1 and 2 rivers. |
| WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: |
Food. |
| AFTER THE COURSE: |
It is hoped that after the course you will be a better paddler and have gained the new BCU 3 star award. |
| EXTRAS: |
You can use any of the centre equipment including open boats and paddles. |

You can bring with you any canoeing equipment you may have and your logbook if you have one. |

No meals are provided as part of the course but there is a self-catering kitchen in the centre. |

The cost of the course is £60 including accommodation. |
