Listed below is some information on the trip to France.
Departure Date: Tuesday August 8th 2017 at 10am from Llandysul Paddlers and Catching the Ferry at 18.30 pm
Returning On: Friday August 18th 2017 at 3pm back at Llandysul Catching the 4am Ferry from Calais.
About the Trip: The trip is going to be open to all paddlers, we will be travelling in a Coach and Centre bus and we will be sailing from Dover to Calais.
This year’s trip is going to be 11 days based in the French Alps at L'argentiere la bessee and then heading North to Sault Brenaz. Paddling each day on the river.
This is a plan for each day:
Tuesday August 8th: Meet at llandysul at 8.30am, Depart from Llandysul at 10am, Catch the ferry at 6.30pm drive through the night and arrive at the campsite in the morning of Wednesday 9th. The campsite details can be found by following this link:
Wednesday August 9th: Arrive on the campsite by 8am and set up camp then spend the day at the campsite canoeing, kayaking and swimming in the river.
Thursday August 10th: Another day spent on site working on the rapids at the site.
Friday August 11th: River trip from the campsite down to St Clement.
Saturday August 12th: River Trip St Clement to Embrum
Sunday August 13th: Training on the site
Monday August 14th: Depart for the next site at Sault Brenaze when arriving we will have half a day paddling
Tuesday August 15th: Spend the day on the site
Wednesday August 16th: Spending the day on site white water rafting and kayaking
Thursday August 17th: Staying at the site then at about 6pm we will be heading for Home.
Friday August 18th: Catching the 3am ferry from Calais to Dover then drive back to Llandysul for about 2pm.
We will sort out: Cooking Equipment, All Transport, Ferry Tickets, Instructors, Camping fees and All Main Meals at the sites but not when travelling.
You Can Sort Out: Your Passport, Your E1-11 forms (Post Office), Canoeing kit (Or borrow the clubs), Spending money in Euros, Sleeping bags, Tent (if you need one of ours this can be arranged) travel insurance and spare clothes.

Cost: £400 each. (I have listed below discounts for more than one booking and also a price for using your own transport)

If you would like to travel down in your own transport / motor home and join us for the coaching, camping, food, etc then this is possible and the price would be reduced by 50%
